It is amazing for us to look back at the pictures of our older vehicles and now retired employees. These photos show just how long our company has been serving the community.

It brings a great sense of pride knowing that the Giese family continues to contribute to the Dubuque area growth while helping others grow with it.

Our residential and commercial heating, cooling, roofing, manufacturing, sheet metal, and electrical departments have done so much more for the area than bringing comfort to our customers. We have earned our pride and will continue to welcome our friends and family to keep this pride alive.

Giese Reliability - Giese Service

Even though the Giese Companies are based out of Dubuque Iowa, we provide both a national and international presence.

Sheet Metal

The sheet metal division of our company has performed a number of projects all over the country. Wal-Mart has been a very loyal customer of ours and we regularly do both new construction and remodels for them all over the Midwest. In addition to Wal-Mart we have also performed several industrial ventures, specifically foundry projects, as far East as Ohio. We are not afraid to travel and always maintain the highest level of quality on any project we take on.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing division, while they do not travel the country performing work, still provides both a national and international presence. Two of Giese's biggest customers are The Hon Company and Kone Corporation.

The Hon Company, based out of Muscatine Iowa, is the market leader in providing businesses with professional quality office furnishings. Giese specializes in fabricating Hon's steel filing cabinets. With the help of our Salvagnini Performer+ machine (which you can find out more about in the manufacturing section of our website), we are able to fabricate these filing cabinets to conform to Hon's exact specifications.

Kone Corporation, which is based out of Finland and has many North American locations, is one of the world's leading elevator and escalator companies. Giese provides Kone with many of the small parts, which go into their escalators.
